Think you've done it all on the OBX? You're really missing out if you haven't had an adventure on the 4-wheel drive beaches north of Corolla. These pristine beaches are located in the northern part of Currituck County and are commonly referred to as Carova. However, this is a bit of a misnomer since the area is really comprised of several communities including Carova, Seagull Beach, Penny's Hill, North Swan Beach and Swan Beach.

Summer is just around the corner, last weekend more than 300 of Sun Realty's Housekeeping Staff met for their annual training at the College of the Albermarle in Manteo. At the training, Sun Realty housekeeping staff learned all about chemical and cleaning product safety to ensure not only their safety but the safety of our guests.

This weekend will kick off the ninth annual Outer Banks Bike Week, when thousands of bikers ascend to the beach for an eight-day excursion of riding, partying and enjoying all the sights and sounds the Outer Banks has to offer.
